For improved security, only allow Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts on this device option missing

Hi, I recently got a new computer, but every time I sign in with my account’s password, it forces me to set up Windows Hello PIN. So I go to settings, I find the option “For improved security, only allow Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts on this device” missing. It would be great to have that option becuase every time I enter my account’s password to log in, it wouldn’t force me to set up a Windows Hello PIN every timeSo I need some help to where I can find a similar option to that or make it appear
