After opening Setting, Accounts, sign-in optionsI haveFacialFingerprintPinSecurity KeyPasswordPictureTHEN,under Additional settingsIf you have been away...Dynamic lockAutomatically save my restaraable appsShow accounts detailsUse my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up....and that's it. Don't know what happened to Allow/disallow Hello setting
