Bluetooth wont turn on / force turns off

Hi, I have an acer laptop with windows 11 installed, and recently whenever I try to turn my bluetooth on it will instantly turn itself off. When I click on the bluetooth icon, bluetooth will completely disappear for a moment and then reappear turned off. I have tried resetting the bluetooth support service (and being met with an error of being unable to stop the service), checking my laptop for updates, resetting my laptop etc and it still continues. Any solutitions for this problem? I only ever connect to my tv and mouse via bluetooth so it shouldnt be an issue with previous connections.
