Guest wamroa Posted October 13, 2008 Posted October 13, 2008 On my opening screen, just below my user name, appears the message: "1 unread mail message". I have searched everywhere I can imagine, and cannot find any unread mail. How can I get rid of that message?

I believe the "unread email messages" setting is under Explorer, but if it isn't I'm sure you can easily find it. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx Malke -- MS-MVP Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic! Or clicking Headers might bring in the errant message if you're set to only download New headers. HTH
