How do I get rid of this stupid notification when I hit the CAPS LOCK button?

It has never popped up on my computer prior to today, and it's really damn annoying. It's on the bottom of my screen as well, which ends up being right in my line of sight and is quite distracting. I've already disabled all settings in the "Ease of Access" section related to "Change how my Keyboard Works". If someone could tell me how to disable it, that would be GREATLY appreciated because it's driving me insane.Also, I have an ACER (although I already disabled the Acer related popup, this one is windows.)
