Crashes when I close a game

My computer has been having a problem for a few months and I've tried everything I've found so far to fix the issue myself from clean booting my PC to reinstalling my drivers and I'm at a stand still so however anyone can help ill take it at this point. The biggest details I've been able to come too is a bug check TDR 116 error in my event manager. Every other major error I've been able to fix but this one and a secure boot update failure that from what I've read is most likely a nothing error but please correct me if I'm wrong.Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core ProcessorNVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060M
