An error occured when trying to factort reset, no changes occured

Hello, i got a new pc from my uncle, but I have a problem. When i'm trying to factory reset it, an error has occured. And my search bar for some weird reasons has stopped working. Like i can't click on it. I can spam the windows search bar, nothing will happen. Please help :D
