My windows have been acting really weird!! help!

i recently got a new computer, its custom build and i have been using it for 4 months, since i first got it it already had some weird problems with it, like shutting down when i put a usb pen drive on it, ot shutting down if i bumped on the computer accidently (it shuts down the monitor but the computer lights and fans still working but at full speed, making a lot of noise)it started giving me a lot of dll missing problems, i tried everything to fix it but nothing have worked, things like: chkdsk /r /f sfc /scannow DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealt
