I want to convert text document to notepad text file

Sorry for my bad english, I used a program named "OpenIV" for modify Rockstar Games like GTAV, RDR2, GTAIV and then when I opened the text files with OpenIV, it always tries to open all text files with OpenIV. I deleted OpenIV but now when I create text file, it creates like text document, not for notepad and when I try to open the text document with Notepad, it just shows a button named "Just Once". I wanted to open all the text files with Notepad but I can't. I'm in adminstrator mode by the way.
