Hello, I have been having this issue for the past day now and I've been scraping the internet to find a solution to no avail. at first it the issue wasnt this severe. It all started with my pc opening personal files slower than usual, I was not too concerned as my storage was getting quite full so i deleted about 200 gb from my 2tb ssd. This ended up doing nothing to that regard and it was still slow opening images and videos, which was odd because every other aspect of my pc worked just fine. then i decided to run a chkdsk in a elevated cmd prompt, this told me it was unable to run because it
