Hello, I have encountered a problem, I can not recover the password from my account , because I can not receive the code by SMS, I recently learned that Microsoft has disabled SMS authorization in Russia, but the fact is that I do not live in Russia and am not its citizen, I live in Kazakhstan and we have the same prefix with Russia +7, and I understand that for this reason I can not receive the code.
