I cannot turn on real time protection.

I downloaded a cracked game . It had 3 steps in its folder each step represented in a winrar file . Every file has an app to download, step 1 download some kind of app related to iso . Step 2 download windows defender disabler . Step 3 extracting the game files . After doing everything thing knowing well i disabled my windows defender and real time protection i couldn't renable real time protection like it's inaccessible, i can see the toggle but cannot turn it on , i tried many things like sfc /scannow ... Watched youtube videos but no solution ( add to it says your IT administrator has limit
