Sound crackling and static sounds on windows 10

Since 1 week i started to have static and crackling sounds in my headphones on my pc that kinda hurts when spending a good amount of time on my pc and I don't know why because it started suddenly. The noises happens when adjusting volume mostly but I noticed I could hear them when I was booting or restarting my pc and had my headphones already on. Tried with 3 different headphones, same result even with speakers. Wondering if its a windows related issue or if its an hardware issue from my side.
