Wifi is connected but not working

my wifi works fine on all other devices except this laptop but extender from that wifi or any other wifi works fine ony a specific wifi is not working . i tried many solutions like flushing dns and ip release , ip renew etc but nothing worked also uninstalled wifi driver and installed latest drivers but not working at all . also i have attached my wifi ipconfig .
