windows 11 Need help with PC freezing and glitching.

Hi, my PC has been randomly freezing for a few months now and I've yet to figure out the cause. Whenever I for example switch programs, start games and such (sometimes its completely random), my PC randomly freezes up, with audio glitching and playing the same short sound, which was playing before it froze in quick succession. This is usually followed by my keyboard lights turning off and on on random sections of the keyboard or monitor disconnecting - this usually happens as the glitching ends, then the "device disconnect" and right after it "device connect" sounds play and the monitor turns
