To get started, this is probably a pretty unique problem. As of right now, every time I open my computer and try to run an application my cpu usage shoots up to 100% and the app immediately crashed. I have literally tried everything possible to fix this. When I first ran into this problem, I use to be able to reset the pc, yes entirely reset the computer, redownload everything, and I would be able to run applications and games for a little bit before I inevitably had to reset the pc again.
