So here's what worked for me. I connected to the internet thru lan and wifi. Then I click forgot my pin too many times until I noticed that everytime the screen sleeps it restart. So what I did while the screen is loading after I logged with my microsoft account is clicking random keys just to keep the screen awake, and it worked. It prompt me to reset my pin, then I did. Problem solved.
