I recently ran a DxDiag to troubleshoot a game that wasn’t working, and I discovered that the issue was caused by a VPN service that I removed over a year ago. Although I no longer have the service, the file "nordvpn-service.exe" remains on my system and is causing the problem. I searched for the app and used the Command Prompt to look for the file, but I couldn't find it. However, it clearly appears in my DxDiag report. How can I remove it? I even contacted NordVPN and they just sent me to a blog to remove the app, which is already gone. Problem signature: P1: nordvpn-service.exe P2: 1.1.0.
