file explorer failing to open a 400gb folder on system drive

So I'm tryna open this 400gb file that's full of obs recordings, but it never opens, it just infinitely loads instead, today when leaving it to load for like 8 hours it managed to load basicaly an empty file and then froze completely. I tried restarting, sfc /scannow, optimizing and cleaning the c drive, updating windows, doing msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic in the run box
