Ethernet keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

I keep being disconnected from my Ethernet Connection.The timing of disconnects is randomNo other device seems to have this issueProblems started when CCTV was installedSo far I've tried:Rebooting PCDoing the commands ipconfig /flushdns, /release, /renewUninstalling drivers via device manager and restartingDownloading the drivers off of the website, uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling the drivers via the program that was downloadedUnplugged Ethernet Cable on both endsChecked Router logs and didn't find any issuesDrivers are up to dateWindows 11 was recently upgraded from Windows 10 to fi
