Cannot use Copilot due to popup

I recently got a Asus Vivobook S15 and whenever I try to use copilot all I get is a blank popup. When I hover over it I get a text that says "widget containing a cloudflare security challenge". The popup itself is completely blank and makes me unable to do anything. I would upload a screenshot of it but the image keeps failing to upload. I have made sure windows is updated and cleared cookies on the website. Signing out and using a different account gets me the same result. Reinstalling did nothing I get the same result. I tried using copilot on a separate laptop and it works just fine. Does a
