After i made a system restore, the border effects on thumbnails reverted to sprockets, even though it wasnt what i was using on the timeline i restored to. Though i was able to disable them, no other effects (drop-shadow or photo border frame) are applying through regedit.exe editing. What could be causing it, and how can i reenable drop-shadows or picture frame treatment on thumbnails ? Obs - reversing the system restore didnt worked either. They just revert to sprockets. ( i was using drop-shadow for images, photo border for videos before i did the system restore).
