windows 11 why does my computer keep making a error sound when ever my mic hears something

every time i make a noise that the computer's mic can pick up it makes a error sound, i was fixing something in the control panel from my sound and i went into recording and clicked apply on the built -in mic from the computer i looked up the noise it is called Windows User Account Control and it keeps playing every time \(-_-)/
