Hello everyone,I am writing to you following a problem I am experiencing with my device, a Dell G15 5511 purchased two years ago. Recently, freezes have occurred. Here are the different types of freezes observed.-Freeze with blue screen, the stop codes were: 'Critical process died' "system service exception" or sometimes "memory management".-Flashing screen, then black screen. The keyboard still worked (I could turn off or on the light assistance)-Freeze of the screen with "glitch" effects-Sometimes the computer could start to slow down, which announced an imminent freeze.-Recently, the comput
