Cannot get past school/work login screen on fresh boot.

I did a fresh wipe of my HP ZBook that was on Windows 11. I selected my region language and everything however it ask me to sign in with a work/school email. Before I wiped I had my person email connected to the computer it is not a company branded computer I use it for personal stuff, I try and enter my personal emails and it wont take it so I try and use my school emails then it will ask for my password (I'm 1000% sure I used the correct password). Then it will load for a second then tell me "Something went wrong." "That username looks like it belongs to another organization. Try singing in
