windows 10 Ethernet Connected, No Internet Displayed, Internet Icon not showing in task bar and Internet Status On settings Crashing when trying to open

Hello! Before the latest update from Windows the Internet was working perfectly fine.When I did the latest update the Internet icon stopped displaying from the Task bar. I can download and browse the Internet but when I try to play a game for example GTA V online the game says that I am Offline.When I try to go to the Internet Status on settings it crashes.When I disconnect the Ethernet cable from the PC the Internet Status remains opened and does not crashI also get No Internet displayed on the Ethernet Tab.I tried everything from all the topics. Nothing seems to work and the problem remains.
