Frankly I’m quite baffled at the moment, I’ve gone to login to my windows device last Friday and for some reason windows has said it’s unable to access my pin. Confused, I’ve attempted to reset the pin by sending an email to the email linked to my account but I’m being told that I need an EXTRA level of verification in place even though I’m able to remember both my PIN and my password. Problem is, I’m unable to get this verification code as the emails I no longer have access to the emails I’ve listed as backup, I completed own up to the fact that I should have updated my security details but i
