Problem with Chrome browser after WerFault error message

Hi,I received an WerFault.exe error message, but didn't save the original text. Then I restarted my laptop, connected to internet and tried to open a Chrome by clicking on desktop icon. However - nothing happened and icon itself now looks like empty sheet of paper. Also I cannot start the application from start menu, Chrome is still in the start menu and in the list of installed programs in 'Programs of Features' (Control Panel). Chrome Apps like Google Keep also don't start. When I try to download Chrome to reinstall it using MS Edge, either by Save or Save As, I receive a message 'ChromeSe
