No audio drivers at all?

I have no clue what caused it, but as of this morning my PC (cobbled together by a friend, I'm not very familiar with the specs/hardware) has no audio output, and is telling me there's no audio output device connected even though it's directly connected to my TV via HDMI cable. The troubleshooter just tells me there's nothing connected, and upon checking the device manager, there's apparently no audio drivers of any kind. I set it to show hidden/disabled as well, and there's not even a folder for anything audio related. Can anyone help with this?Here's a photo of the device manager in case I'm
