BSOD on first boot-up every time (Windows 11)

Recently completed a build, every time I boot up for the first time, I get memory_management BSOD shortly after logging into windows, after the restart, my login window has a blue background instead of the normal image, and then I can login and use my computer normally.My current build:-MSI Pro Z790-A MAX-Intel Core i9-14900K-Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (2 x 16) DDR5-6000 CL36-Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2 TB M.2*I have tested my RAM using memtest86 and windows memory diagnostic tool and did not encounter any errors.
