I have a webcam that is not working properly. I have tried just about everything, including uninstalling and reinstalling but still says something is accessing it and that I have to KILL it first to have the camera work. I can't figure out what is not giving it up. I tried the processes but what was on there is not able to be deleted, so I don't know what else to do at this point. HP says it was fixed, but it is not fixed. Any suggestions?
