I know the policy is no refunds on Windows products. My experience was a terrible one, and I hope there are exceptions.I recently built a new PC. I purchased a new copy of Windows 11 Pro from Microsoft directly on October 22, 2024. Installed, working, great! Motherboard was not reading all of my SSD drives, and it was determined to be faulty, so I returned it and received a new one. Once installed, I was getting a message Windows couldn't activate on my PC. I should back up and say first that since it was a motherboard switch, I did not need to reinstall Windows, but since the license is linke
