windows 11 PC crashing/freezing on windows 11

My pc has an RTX 2070 super 32 GB of DDR4 RAM plenty of extra space and an i5-9600K CPU @ 3.70GHz. The problem I am having is playing games like Fortnite or even sometimes just watching videos and or doing school work on Google it freezes and sometimes will unfreeze but lately, it has got worse and led to it completely freezing to the point where I have to fully turn off the computer by the power button I have tried many things, such as getting a new CPU cooler, reducing the thermal paste around the CPU looking for viruses, cleaning the entire PC.
