I have disabled a service ( i believe it was APPLICATION INFORMATION PROPERTIES ) and now i am unable to open many apps like microsoft teams. I tried going back to enable it but i cant even open the services tab and every time i try it is showing "services.msc this services cannot be started either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it". What should i do?
