windows 11 Alt+F4 when update is ready

Blind and visually impaired users do not use the mouse, instead they use the keyboard, including a lot of keyboard shortcuts. One of the best known and oldest is Alt+F4. They use it for closing programs, but more important – also to close Windows itself. As of recently (I think) the options of Update and Close / Update and restart as disappeared when and update is ready. If this is per design – PLEASE undo this. Or give us the ability to set Alt+F4 back to standard (old) setting. As a blind or visually impaired user the way to do it unnecessarily complex. I found this: https://answers.mic
