windows 11 why can i hear crackling in my wireless headset and on my wired speakers?

I hear little crackling in random moments when playing audio in my headset any the crackling is present on my speakers when there is no audio playing and goes away when i start something. It is not a constant crackling sound just little ones like static sound for like 1 second and then it goes away and comes back in a few seconds. I have tried plugging my wireless dong in other usb plugs but it didn't help and tried to update driver and reinstall it but it's still present and the pc is not even 2 years old so that should not be the problem.
