How do i undo OneDrives changes to my computer!?

All I wanted was to be able to access my desktop's files from the OneDrive app on my phone but when I checked OneDrive on my phone, none of my desktop files were there. Then I figured i just needed to backup everything but apparently in the process it also took everything from my laptops files which was a bunch of unnecessary junk onto my desktop. Fooling around in OneDrive's settings it now appears that all my files have been taken off my computer and moved into OneDrive instead. This has ruined nearly all my applications and games and when i try to move things back there's lots of file that
