Windows 11 Can't Use Photos App To Set Background Image.

Hi Support,I'm on the latest version of Windows 11. When I use the Windows Photos app to set an image as a background, it doesn't do anything; however, if I open a Windows Explorer, then right-click on the same image, I can set this same image as a background image. Also, our Windows 11 Home is activated too.Windows Photo App - Can't set background image.Windows Explorer that can set the background image.Please advise at your earliest convenience. Thanks,Sonny
