Windows update broke Chrome font tab size

Windows 11 update yesterday made the font of Chrome's tabs tiny and unreadable, the same with its bookmark bar. It isn't a Chrome issue because I can adjust Chrome font settings and that's great, but this is a computer problem. It is Windows setting that broke it. It was perfect before the update of Windows and broken afterwards. No surprise Chrome canary and Microsoft Edge work perfectly. Windows just broke Chrome. How can I fix it? Using scaling in ease of use settings to increase font or scaling is not a fix. That makes everything else on the screen too big. It is extremely frustrating that
