windows 11 Mouse randomly started leaving full screen games.

Hi, The title kind of says it all but my mouse randomly started leaving fullscreen games, it never did this until today that i know of. Restarting my pc Fixes the probably temporarily but it seems to come back no matter what. Games like phantom forces in roblox (where the mouse locks in main gameplay) have my mouse just leave the screen while in combat. Or minecraft (bedrock and java) my mouse just leaves in standard gameplay, when the mouse should not be locked. I am not in an inventory or anything that unlocks the mouse.
