Problem with microphone after relocating PC

Hi friends, I recently relocated my PC and after setting everything back up and connecting it to the internet, I encountered my gaming headphones stopped working. Worried that it could be a hardware issue, I tried it on another PC and it worked fine. The headphones use realtek drivers which I suspect is the problem. I have tried everything I can to try and fix the drivers, (my MOBO is a MSI 550B A pro) and downloaded and installed the drivers both from MSI and realtek's website. I also went so far as to update my PC to windows 11 from 10, because the PC I tested them on that worked fine was a
