I can't reactivate windows 10 after hardware change, (tried troubleshooter)

Hi all,I can't reactivate windows 10 after hardware change, (tried troubleshooter, didn't help).Error: 0xC004F211I also tried opening several service requests in the last week, asking for a callback,None of them show my phone number as I entered it in the request, and no microsoft support representative have called me back.I also tried getting the support phone number by running WIN+R > slui 4 , but nothing comes up.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks a lot.
