Can't install software due to lack of key access

I run Windows 10 Pro on a Dell laptop. I tried to install some software (Logos Bible Study), but I got the following message:I looked for that key in "regedit" but couldn't find it. I thought that the software would create any necessary keys, so I'm not sure what to do. I tried installing the software as Admin, but I got this message referencing a different key:How do I handle this situation, which I've never run into before?
