Trying to login but keep getting the errorcode 0x800704cf saying I need an internet connection when I am connected

Hi, im trying to login to minecraft and the xbox app on my computer but it keeps giving me the same error code when I try to login to my microsoft account. Im having trouble uploading a screenshot but what it says is that I need connection to the internet, that I probably do not have a connection and the error code 0x800704cf.I am connected to the internet and restarting my pc doesn't work, does anyone know what I can do in this situation?
