Windows 10 Pro - Bitlocker / I didn't turn it on / How could this occurr / How to Remove / Lost Recovery Options

I experienced a 'glitch' last night - where my displays (2 - laptop & external) began flickering a few times, then went out entirely. Ctl-Alt-Del did nothing & I ended up Powering down Hard (holding power button 5 sec). Upon coming back up; Firefox Updated / did not restore my environment / went to do a Restore & I have no Restore points available. Using Disk Management it shows that Bitlocker Encryption shows as being active on my Primary Windows (I think) partition; it also shows 2 other partitions: EFI System Part & Recovery Partition. I suspect this is WHY I lost acce
