How to open or export a .vpb file, now that Microsoft no longer supports Microsoft Video?

Hello, I have a .vpb file of a video project that I would like to open or export, however it seems impossible to open it. Both the Photos app as the 'Microsoft Clipchamp' app do not support the file, and former app Microsoft Video Editor does not seem to exist anymore. Please assist on how to open this file?Thank you!
