I asked in the client helping chatbots of MS, if i could obtain my license number of my old nt4.0 installation, wich, after being transferred to Xp and W10, is not working since a couple of years. That is for using it to activate an installation of W10. The bots made me bored, and even giving personal id data, they stubbornly denied the info. Why they are stuck asking me an invoice of more than 20 years old, that obviously was trashed long time ago?They have enough data and systems to consult this info and check my id info to do it, aren't they?Do the IA follows the obscure path?
