RoadWarriorXE does not install this used to run for years under WIN11

My last WIN11 update resulted in all my Favorites in EDGE to be gone. I tried to restore from restoration point and mistakenly used the built in HP recovery tool and ended up with a new WIN11 Image installed. So I lost everything. So now I am rebuilding my WIN11 Environment. I have a Visioneer RoadwarriorXE scanner and this worked just great prior to the new image.. ..but now I cant get it installed correctly. All I get is a USB KEY Icon in the notification area . If you click it I get the standard "Safe to remove hardware message........it does take you to the install/remove printers and
