BSOD KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED while watching YouTube video on Chrome

For the past two months I've been encountering this BSOD error (about once every 2 weeks). It often happens when watching a Youtube/Twitch video and streams on Google Chrome after the computer was rebooted from sleep mode. This has never happened during gaming, only browser activities so far. I am not sure what's causing this BSOD error. I have tried:Running Window memory diagnostic tool (I was not able to see the result since it restarted right after completion). Running in Safe mode: There was several (!) marks in device manager. Then I tried updating them outside of safe mode, but it said
