BSOD, amdacpbus.says failing when computer starts.

My computer has been giving the the Blue screen of death, very quickly after startup. After looking up the error code it said it was a driver, following another issues I went to the device manager and there is one marked with an exclamation point. It is the “Microsoft Visual Studio Location Simulation Sensor” when I try to update driver it says that it cannot due to my computer having the best one available. It also says in properties that it is not working properly because windows cannot load the drivers required for this device (Code 31). Am I able to disable this driver to get my computer t
